What is it? Mad Cow Disease in humans are known as Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD). It is rare, fatal, and degenerative. It kills about one in every million in the world. This group is brain diseases where the brain becomes filled with holes which looked like a sponge. CJD is more common for Caucasians and not Asians because of a certain gene.
